Each person may hold only one active calo88 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held within them.
To access the full range of calo88 services, including deposits, withdrawals, and Wager placement, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension.
3.2 Your registered name must match the name on the Indonesian bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, or other accepted local banks) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) that you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be disbursed to payment methods registered in your own name.
3.3 calo88 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point following registration. You agree to provide government-issued photo identification and any additional documentation requested within the timeframe specified by calo88. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.
3.4 calo88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
3.5 Upon successful registration, calo88 will send a confirmation to the email address you provided. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details remain current and updated at all times via your Account settings panel.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your calo88 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your Account.
4.2 calo88 strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available within the Account security settings panel.
4.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify calo88 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. calo88 will take reasonable steps to investigate the report and secure the Account. However, calo88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
4.4 All activity conducted from your Account — including Wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified calo88 of suspected unauthorized access in accordance with Clause 4.3.
4.5 You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that is designed to interact with the calo88 platform without human input. Any such activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
5.1 All deposits on calo88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). calo88 accepts deposits via the following methods: local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Accepted methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, although calo88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits and request supporting documentation where appropriate.
5.3 Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the originating bank. Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited within 1 to 5 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact calo88 support via live chat, providing your proof of transfer. calo88 will investigate and credit confirmed transfers within a reasonable timeframe.
5.4 calo88 does not impose processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which calo88 accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Deposits made to calo88 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.6 calo88 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of this Agreement.
6.1 Withdrawals are available to all Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending KYC documentation may have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is successfully completed.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.3 Withdrawals are processed to the verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered to your calo88 Account. calo88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.6 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings generated from Wagers placed using Bonus Funds — after all applicable wagering requirements have been met — may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. See Clause 7 for full Bonus Fund conditions.
6.7 calo88 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Account holder.

7.2 All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus provisions in this Clause 7 and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
7.3 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all calo88 bonuses:
Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "turnover requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable turnover requirement is stated on each individual promotion page. Wagers placed on certain game categories (typically low-margin games such as certain table games or sports markets with odds below a specified minimum) may not contribute, or may contribute only partially, toward fulfilling a wagering requirement.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion's terms will automatically expire and be forfeited. The expiry date is displayed in the promotions section of your Account dashboard.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of additional Accounts will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and Bonus Funds forfeited.
7.4 calo88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. calo88 further reserves the right to void any Wager placed using Bonus Funds that calo88 reasonably determines was placed in an attempt to circumvent the intent of the wagering requirement (for example, through low-risk hedging strategies across multiple outcomes of the same event).
7.5 All bonus decisions made by calo88 are final and binding. If you believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly to your Account, please contact calo88 support within 7 days of the relevant promotion ending.
8.1 All sports betting markets, odds, and settlement procedures on the calo88 sportsbook are governed by the individual sport and market rules published in the sportsbook help section. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

8.3 Live betting markets are subject to suspension or cancellation at any time during an event due to technical issues, delays, or ambiguous event outcomes. Wagers already confirmed prior to a suspension will be settled in accordance with the outcome of the relevant event, unless the event itself is cancelled or declared void.
8.4 Mix parlay (accumulator) betting is available on the calo88 sportsbook. All individual selections within a mix parlay must be settled as winning for the overall accumulator to pay out. One or more voided selections within an accumulator will result in that leg being removed and the accumulator recalculated on the remaining valid selections.
8.5 Casino games, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and live dealer games are subject to the rules of the respective game providers. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the calo88 platform. Breach of any provision in this Clause 9 constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension, potential termination, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

11.2 calo88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11.3 calo88 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that prevent a User from accessing the platform or that result in the disconnection of a live bet or game session. 13.3 You may request the closure of your calo88 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. 15.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16.1 calo88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, calo88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amended terms taking effect.
